Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: • Carry out integrated & efficient marketing strategy planning by taking into account company resources
• Create individual sales targets for sales team members
• Develop main targets to maximize profits through sales strategies that are aligned with Client/Customer needs
• Establish good relationships and cooperation with consumers/customers
• Coordinate with related departments to support the smooth working of the Sales/Marketing section
• Monitor the potential of subordinates for development so that they become better

Qualifications:

• • Maximum age 40 years
  • Minimum D3 education in any major
  • Have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Company /Commercial/Industrial Sales Manager
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Get more value if you have active English/Mandarin language skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work in a team or individually
  • Able to provide training & motivation for staff
  • Have a leadership spirit
