Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively conducting sales activities
• Collecting potential customer databases
• Performing sales strategies via call in, flyering canvassing, exhibitions etc.
• Selling Landed House property products
• Meet sales targets every month

Qualifications:

• • Placement in Cimanggis – Depok / Bandung / Batam / Kelapa Gading
    • • Minimum 3 years experience in the property sector, preferably selling high end property, from a well-known property development company
      • Minimum High School / Equivalent Education.
      • Experience selling property for a minimum of 1 billion.
      • Have a customer database that is up to date and prospective for high end property products.
    • Have great interpersonal communication skills, persuasion skills, and strong negotiations
    • • Sales projects in Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bogor, Kelapa Gading, Batam, Bandung Area
