Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all MEP projects
• Controlling and assisting in the creation of MEP designs
• Create a Schedule for Design MEP work
• Provide technical guidance to the team in carrying out design work and field supervision.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 45 years
• Minimum education S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in the same position (landed projects and industrial areas are preferred)
• 5 years experience in MEP Consultants
• Understand Schedule project and S curve
• Mastering the concept of mechanical and electrical design.
• Have the ability to operate Ms Office and Auto Cad
• Able to coordinate MEP Design work9. Able to coordinate with related departments in Design MEP.
• Placement of Head Office – South Jakarta.
