Responsibilities

The assignment of responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct the daily activities of commercial leasing operations within the department in accordance with company policies and standards.
2. Can find tenants for Kiara Artha Park area
3. May provide ideas regarding events held at Kiara Artha Park
4. Review and negotiate transactions and agreements Interface with clients and prospects to successfully determine parameters, lease terms, and related agreements
5.  Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact existing tenants for renewals or extensions
6. Oversee the internal rent review process
7. Initiate marketing programs and events to promote and reach potential customers for projects under development
8. Work closely with the Project and Construction Department during the design and construction development process
9.  Develop tenant concept plans with Tenants

Qualification:

1. Maximum age 35 years old
2. Minimum D3 graduate
3. At least 5 years of experience in F&B leasing for F&B and commercial estate projects
4. Experience in documentation and preparation of advertisement, agreement, technical, etc.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills
6. Good English, both spoken and written
7. Placement at KIARA ARTHA PARK – BANDUNG
