Responsibilities

The assignment of responsibilities:

1. 1. Opening a network to property agents in Depok, Jakarta and surrounding areas
   2. Develop strategies to expand sales from Property Agents
   3. Lead and form optimal Broco Team (Broker-Coordinator) Teamwork
   4. Building good relationships with all Property Agents
   5. Monitor sales from Property Agents
   6. Monitor SPAP documents with Property Agent
   7. Prepare plans and present Big and Small Product Knowledge (PK) to Property Agents

Qualification:

1. Maximum age 45 years
2. Minimum education: S1 in any major
3. have a minimum of 8 years experience in the Property Sector
4. Having experience as an Agent Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager is preferred
5. Experience as a Principal in a property agent office is an added value
6. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Able to work in a team or individually
8. Able to provide training & motivation for team members
9. Have a leadership spirit
10. Able to work and achieve targets under pressure
